Allergies: Customer is responsible for stating allergies or special considerations at time of booking. Our workspace is not a nut-free area. Please specify if you would like for nuts to be omitted from your treats. Be advised that the possibility of cross-contamination cannot be eliminated. 

Prices: Menu prices do not include sales tax (6%). Due to cost increases of packaging and ingredients, prices listed on our site are subject to change without notice. Order quotes are valid for 3 days, unless otherwise specified. 

Custom designs:  Additional fees may apply depending on the work involved. Inspiration pictures: Customers are encouraged to send pictures for design inspiration. Please note, however, that my work is unique, and I do not replicate the work of others. I may create products that are similar in appearance, but it will never be an exact replication.

Lead Time: We appreciate orders to be placed a minimum of 7 days in advance, otherwise additional fees may be incurred.  Rushed orders are dependent on availability, and fees may be incurred. 

Payment: Invoices are due within 24 hours of receipt.  Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm the order and to hold your place on our production schedule. Once the invoice is paid, no refunds or changes can be made to the order. 

Delivery: Deliveries within a limited service area are confirmed based on availability and will incur a flat fee. The customer, or a designated representative, must be present to accept and inspect the order. No drop-offs.

Pick Up Orders: Orders not picked up at previously agreed upon date and time will be forfeited without reimbursement. A grace period of 15 minutes may be offered depending on owner's availability.

Transfer of Responsibility: Once the goods are delivered or collected by the customer, the customer assumes full responsibility for their care, handling, and safekeeping. The baker shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or deterioration of the goods once they are in the customer's possession. Please refer to the basic care instructions provided with your specific treats.
