When an order is received, you will be contacted to discuss the details of what you would like (colors, designs, themes, etc). Due to each order being custom and made to order, Bella's Berries does NOT offer refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out as soon as possible and we will discuss how to rectify the situation!
Bella's Berries is a local small business owned and operated out of my home. Pickup location for all orders is in Virginia Beach near Bayside Elementary. Delivery options are available, as well as no-contact porch pickup. Please message me to discuss!
Please let me know via text right away if you are not able to arrive at the previously scheduled time for pickup. A grace period of 15 minutes will be given. However, any orders not picked up on time are subject to cancellation without refund.
Yes. Delivery fees are priced according to owner’s availability, date, time, and location of delivery.
We accept card payments via invoice, with sales tax of 6% added to the invoice total. Invoice payments are due upon receipt, and for bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. Invoices not paid in full within 24 hours are canceled. Please note that the quoted price excludes sales tax.
Not always. Rush fees may be imposed based on custom work and details needed. Please allow at least 7 days for custom orders.
